Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup La Favorita Oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the La Favorita Oil, the milk, and the vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a pan greased with La Favorita Oil.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool before turning out and serving.
