Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tomato, cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 sprig fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp La Favorita Oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the La Favorita Oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a little more La Favorita Oil if needed, and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the bell pepper and the tomato, and cook a few minutes more.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the soy sauce, the vinegar, and the cumin. Cook a few minutes more.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot, with rice on the side.
